Two large credit organizations operating in the Republic of Armenia, Aregak and SEF International Universal Credit Organizations have merged and are already acting under the name of Aregak Universal Credit Organization.

Both companies have a history of more than 25 years and during these years both have earned good reputation and the trust of customers.

Over the years, two companies have provided thousands of  loans, thanks to which numerous families have established and developed their own businesses and farms.

Our mission has always been and will remain to contribute to the economic development of micro, small and medium enterprises by providing high quality, affordable and sustainable financial services.

The decision to merge was made in order to provide better services to our customers, to expand the reach of the branch network, to present more diverse and flexible products, and to provide better conditions. Our vision is to be a dynamic and responsible financial company, and our goals are to support people and businesses, provide affordable financial services, continuously increase the volume of loans, introduce new types of loans, expand the branch network, modernize and digitize services.

As a result of the merger, we will ensure the availability of our services in more than 900 communities via 31 branches and 6 representative offices.

In the constantly and rapidly changing environment of the existing digital world, Aregak aims to present up-to-date services, that will ease customer’s daily life.

The terms of the existing contracts will remain unchanged and you will continue to fulfill your obligations according to existing contracts in order to maintain good credit history.
